Access Your Past Parties

Keep memories and information from previous events.

Finding Past Events

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Look for "Past Events" or "Event History"

3. Select the event you want to view

What's Available

For past events, you can:

View

• Event details and settings
• Guest list and RSVPs
• Photos collected
• Gift records
• Timeline and activities

Download

• Photo gallery
• Guest list export
• Gift tracking data
• Thank-you note records

Limited Editing

• Update notes
• Add memories
• Download content
• Share photos

Access Period

Your past events remain accessible for:

• 12 months from purchase date
• Extended access available (contact support)

Exporting Data

Before access expires, export:

• All photos
• Guest information
• Gift records
• Thank-you tracking

Creating Similar Events

Use a past event as a template:

1. Open the past event

2. Click "Create Similar Event"

3. Customize for the new occasion

4. Save as new event

Archiving vs. Deleting

• Archive — Hide from main view but keep data
• Delete — Permanently remove all event data

Can't see a past event?

• Check you're logged into the correct account
• Verify access period hasn't expired
• Contact support for help
