Standard Refunds
Within 7 Days
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase:
- Request a full refund
- No questions asked
- Money back within 5-7 business days
Event Cancellation
If your event is cancelled:
- Contact support with details
- Refunds considered case-by-case
- Partial refunds available
How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order details
3. Briefly explain your reason (optional)
4. We'll process within 3 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Requests after 30 days
- Completed events
- Violation of terms of service
Event Rescheduling
If your event date changes:
- No refund needed
- Simply update your event
- Your access continues
Credits vs. Refunds
In some cases, we may offer:
- Account credit for future events
- Extended access period
- Upgraded features
