When guests receive your party page link:

1. Open the link — No login or account needed

2. View event details — See all the party information

3. Click RSVP — Access the response form

4. Fill in details — Name, attendance, preferences

5. Submit — Receive confirmation

RSVP Form Fields

Standard fields include:

• Guest name
• Attendance (Yes/No/Maybe)
• Number of guests
• Dietary restrictions

Optional custom fields:

• Menu selection
• Activity preferences
• Arrival time
• Song requests
• Special needs

After Submitting

Guests receive:

• On-screen confirmation
• Optional email confirmation
• Access to update their response

Managing Late RSVPs
