You control what guests can see and access on your party page.
Photo Gallery Privacy
Options for photo uploads:
- Enabled — Guests can upload and view photos
- Disabled — No photo section visible
- Host-only — Only you can see uploaded photos
Wishlist Visibility
Control wishlist access:
- Public — All guests with the link can view
- Hidden — Only show to specific guests
- Disabled — No wishlist section
Who Can See What
- Event details: All guests (always visible)
- RSVP form: All guests (can disable)
- Photo gallery: All guests (can restrict)
- Wishlist: All guests (can hide)
Changing Settings
1. Go to your event dashboard
2. Click "Party Page Settings"
3. Toggle visibility for each section
4. Changes apply immediately
Guest Access
Guests never need:
- A Party Pilot account
- A password
- To log in anywhere
Everything is accessed through your unique party page link.
Best Practices
- Review before sharing — Check what's visible
- Update as needed — Adjust visibility anytime
- Communicate expectations — Let guests know what's shared
