Connect External Registries

Already have registries on other sites? Link them to your Party Pilot page.

Supported Registries

Party Pilot works with:

• Amazon
• Target
• Buy Buy Baby
• Babylist
• Zola
• The Knot
• MyRegistry
• And most others with shareable links

How to Link

1. Go to your event's Gift Registry section

2. Click "Add External Registry"

3. Paste your registry URL

4. Add a display name (e.g., "Our Amazon Wishlist")

5. Save

Multiple Registries

You can link several registries:

• Different stores for variety
• Specialized registries (experiences, charity)
• Group gift platforms

How It Appears to Guests

Guests see:

• Registry name and icon
• Click to visit the external site
• Clear button to browse your list

Tips for Success

• Test your links — Make sure they work correctly
• Name clearly — Help guests understand each registry
• Update regularly — Remove registries you've closed
• Provide variety — Different price points and sources
• Include instructions — Especially for less common platforms

Privacy

When using external registries:

• Party Pilot links to them but doesn't track purchases
• Guests shop directly on the external site
• You manage those registries separately
